Taylor Harwood-Bellis was handed his Premier League debut for Aston Villa in Sunday’s encounter at Manchester United.
The summer signing, having enjoyed two Carabao Cup appearances this term, was named in Unai Emery’s starting XI at Old Trafford (ko 4.30pm).
Harwood-Bellis’ first league appearance for Villa came with Matty Cash serving a one-match suspension.
Villa showed three changes from Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League defeat at Barcelona.
Leon Goretzka and Alysson were also named in Villa’s starting line-up, with João Gomes and Emi Buendía among the substitutes.
Ian Maatsen enjoyed his 100th appearance for the club against United.
