Aaron Ramsey is a talented midfielder who pulls the strings from the middle of the pitch. He enjoyed loan spells at Championship sides Norwich City and Middlesbrough during the 2022/23 season. 

The younger brother of Jacob Ramsey, Aaron's first loan came in the second half of the 2021/22 season on loan at League One side Cheltenham Town. Ramsey played 15 times during his time with the Robins, netting his first senior goal in April 2022. The midfielder made his senior debut for Villa earlier in the campaign, coming on as a sub in the Carabao Cup against Barrow in August 2021. 

The creative player became a regular goalscorer during the 2020/21 season. Ramsey hit double figures in his first full season with the Under-23s, while he also chipped in with three goals as the club won the FA Youth Cup. 

Ramsey has been capped by England at U16, U17, U18 and U19 level, winning the U19 European Championships in July 2022 when he scored in the final.
