Aston Villa Women continued their pre-season with a friendly against Manchester United on Sunday.
Gemma Davies’ team travelled to Leigh Sports Village to take on the Red Devils as they build up to their opening FA Women’s Super League game.
The Villans have already played several matches, including run-outs against Arsenal and Manchester City, as they prepare for a debut season in the top tier.
