Digital Account "How To's"
Simple steps to follow, allowing you to create an account, log in and perform a variety of actions:
Create a new Digital Account for the first time
- Head to members.avfc.co.uk
- Tap “Register for free”
- Fill out the necessary details and select your marketing preferences
- Tap “Register”
- Head to your email inbox and find the email sent from digital@avfc.co.uk. Check your junk if you can’t see it!
- Open the email and click “click here” where it asks you to verify your account
- Your email and confirmation code should then appear in a new tab. Click “Verify”
- Enter your sign-in information and click “Login”
- Fill out your address (optional but recommended) and click “Submit”
Log in via the AVFC app
- Tap the “Membership” icon in the top right hand corner
- Tap “SIGN IN”
- Enter your Digital Account credentials
Log in on VillaTV with my Digital Account
- Click “LOGIN” in the top right-hand corner
- Enter your Digital Account credentials and click “Login”
Reset my password
- If you can’t log in:
- Head to members.avfc.co.uk
- Click “Forgotten password?”
- Enter the email you used to sign-up and click “Send code”
- Head to your email inbox and find the email sent from digital@avfc.co.uk. Check your junk if you can’t see it!
- Click the link in your email
- Fill out your credentials and new password
- Click “Set Password”
- Log in with your new password
- If you are logged in already:
- Head to members.avfc.co.uk/profile
- Click on the “Password” tab
- Enter your current password, followed by your new password
- Click "Update Password"
Change the email associated to your Digital Account
- Log in to your Digital Account
- Click on the “Change Email” tab
- Enter your new email address and click “Send Verification Code”
- Head to your new email inbox and find the email sent from digital@avfc.co.uk. Check your junk if you can’t see it!
- Click the link in your email
- Log in with your new email, verification code and password
Set my marketing preferences
- Click on the “Preferences” tab in your account section
- Click on the sliders to make each type of communication on or off
- Click on “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your changes
Link your Fan ID to your Digital Account

Step 1 - Visit Site and Click Account Icon
Head to tickets.avfc.co.uk and click the account icon in the top right hand corner.
Step 2 - Login to your Digital Account
This will take you through to the Digital Account login page. If you have a Digital Account, enter your login details and log in.
If you don't have a Digital Account you will need to create one:

Step 3 - Link Your Fan ID
As this is first time you have logged into the ticketing site with your Digital Account, you will need to link your ticketing account. To do so, you need to enter your Fan ID.
Your Fan ID can be found on the following:
- Your Season Ticket
- Any match tickets you have purchased
- Ticketing confirmation emails
If you are unsure of your Fan ID please contact the Ticket Office either via ticketsales@avfc.co.uk or by calling 0333 323 1874
If you don't have a Fan ID or have never purchased a ticket through the ticketing website, you will need to click "Create Fan ID".
Please do not create a new Fan ID if you have ever purchased tickets before.
Any previous booking history will not be carried across if you create a new fan ID, meaning you may miss out on opportunities such as applying for cup final tickets in future. If you are not sure of your Fan ID, please contact the Ticket Office using the details above.
Step 4 - Account Page
When you successfully link your Fan ID to your Digital Account you will be sent back to the Ticketing website.
On desktop & larger screens, the icon in the top right will display along with your name. On mobile, the account icon will show instead. Tap this icon and you will be able to access your ticketing account details.
Here you will be able to see all of your ticketing information, friends & family connections, purchase history and all other information relating to your ticketing account.
If you need to update any of your details, click the edit button which will take you to your Digital Account. You can then update your details, email, password and marketing preferences.
