Here's everything you need to know before travelling:

The Emergency Services number is 112 (ambulance, fire, police).
Fans are strongly advised to avoid the Auteuil suburb of Paris and should take note of this when travelling to the Parc des Princes on matchday.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets are digital and will be sent out no later than 5pm, Monday 7th April.
Tickets are strictly for personal use only, cannot be resold and are non-transferable.
Failure to complete a European Travel Form by 12pm on Monday 7th April will result in your ticket not being sent.
Before the match
Are fans required to carry photo ID with them at all times in the city?
It is a legal requirement in France to be in possession of photographic ID, however, this will not form part of stadium entry requirements.
Have any areas been designated for away fans the night before and day of the match? Any recommended bars, localities etc. Any areas to avoid?
There is no designated fan meeting place, however Seguin Sound located at Île Seguin in Boulogne-Billancourt has been recommended as a location that other visiting British teams have used previously.

Any street drinking restrictions?
None, but street drinking is not advised.
Getting to the game
What's the best route to the stadium from the town centre?
Travel for the metro is not included in the ticket price; fans will have to purchase tickets independently to travel to and from the stadium.
Fans are advised to take metro line 9 to arrive at the stadium. Fans should get off the metro at 'Porte de Saint-Cloud' station. Upon exit of the station, take the five-minute walk along 'Route de la Reina' in the opposite direction of the roundabout. This will bring you to the start of the entrance procedure for ticket holders in the away section.
Porte de Saint Cloud station is not accessible for wheelchair users.
Fans are strongly advised not to use line 10 on the metro system which would result in supporters exiting the metro system in Auteuil.
There is wide availability of taxis in Paris and for those that like to walk it is around an hours walk from the centre of the city
There is no standard parking available at the Parc des Princes.
What time is the stadium opening?
3-hours before kick-off (6pm local time)

Where are the Cat 1 seats?
115/116 & 317. Entry via block K.
Where is the GA away entrance?
Supporters will enter the stadium via the South-East corner of the stadium.
Entry is via Gate V which is in the South-East corner of the stadium. Gate V is approximately a 5-minute walk from the Metro.
There are four entry lanes and AVFC Fan Ticket Operations/Stewards will be located there to assist.
Access for those with mobility issues or medical conditions
Access is good. External gates have a slope, but there is a lift available.
There is a lift up to the platform and a separate toilet. Separate medical room for away fans.
What checks and searches will there be at the gates? What’s the procedure for that?
Bag checks and body searches ahead of turnstile entry.

There is a soft ticket check as you approach the stadium.
Following ticket scans, supporters will go through a pat-down search.
Is there a bag policy?
A4 size bad will be permitted into the stadium, and there are no storage facilities.

Smoke and violence are not permitted.
Can I bring in flags?
Flags and banners smaller than two meters will be permitted and do not require any pre-approval for this fixture.
Both will only be allowed at the front overhanging trackside.
Can i bring in portable chargers?
Yes - small phone chargers are permitted.
Are there match programmes?
No.
In the ground
Will there be alcohol servied before the match?
No. Alcohol is not permitted in the stand, concourse or outside the stadium. 0% beer is available.
Are cash and card payments accepted?
Card only.
What are the facilities like? Enough food and drink outlets? What’s on the menu?
There are two kiosks available in the away sector - one on the upper-level concourse and one on the ground-level concourse
Are there sufficient toilets – for women as well as men?
There are ample toilet facilities for the away sector at Parc des Princes on both the ground level and upper level of the away sector.
There is a disabled access toilet available on the middle level of the away sector, and this can be accessed by asking any of the stewards on that level
Any netting or Perspex screens obscuring the view from the away end?

Where is smoking permitted?
Only outside the ground.
Post-match
Any plans for a hold back?
Up to 30 minutes holdback. Facilities will be available for fans to use.
What time does public transport run until?
Post-match, the Metro operates until 01:00 hours.
No shuttle buses are on for fans. Metro recommended.

Supporters are reminded that discriminatory behaviour which includes shouting, chanting or actions such as racist, xenophobic, sectarian, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability behaviour is unacceptable.
If you witness incidents like these, please notify a steward immediately.
