Aston Villa’s schedule for the 2020/21 Premier League season has been released.
The Villans will take on Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on 12 September before Dean Smith’s team welcome Sheffield United to Villa Park on 19 September.
A trip to newly promoted Fulham the following weekend is the team’s first away day before they return home to take on champions Liverpool.
A visit to the King Power stadium to face Leicester City and a home game against Leeds United round off the first five fixtures.
Other fixtures to look out for include games against Midlands rivals Wolves and West Brom in December ahead of a festive schedule that sees Crystal Palace visit Villa Park on Boxing Day and a trip to Chelsea to finish 2020.
We head to Old Trafford to kick-off the New Year on 2 January, with a home game against Chelsea scheduled for the final day on 23 May at Villa Park.
