Lovre Kalinic will move on loan to Hajduk Split in January.
The goalkeeper returns to the club where he made his professional breakthrough after coming through the youth ranks.
Kalinic will join the Croatian side on 18th January when their transfer window opens.
The 30-year-old joined Aston Villa in January 2018 from Belgian side Gent, making eight appearances for the club.
