Jude Soonsup-Bell put the hosts into a sixth-minute lead only for Ben Chrisene to respond quickly and level matters immediately.
Raikhy’s superb effort put Villa ahead in the 20th minute before Brad Young secured a two-goal advantage heading into the interval with his sixth goal of the season.
Soonsup-Bell reduced the arrears with his second of the game in the 74th minute, making it 3-2 and setting up a tense finale.
But Hayden Lindley made sure of victory when he added a fourth for the Villans, like Raikhy, his second goal in as many games, 10 minutes from time.
Villa host second-placed Crystal Palace next up at Bodymoor Heath this Saturday.
