Ally Samatta has joined Turkish side Fenerbahce.
Samatta arrived at Aston Villa in January and proudly became the first Tanzanian player to both play and score in the Premier League.
He netted on his league debut in a defeat at AFC Bournemouth and also scored with a diving header in the club’s 2-1 Carabao Cup Final loss to Manchester City at Wembley in March.
In total he made 16 appearances for Villa during the second half of last season, scoring two goals.
