Conor Hourihane was key as Swansea City got back to winning ways with a 3-0 victory at Millwall in the Championship on Saturday.

Steve Cooper's side arrived at The Den following four successive league defeats without finding the net, but it was a comfortable afternoon in London for the Swans.

Hourihane provided the assist for André Ayew to open the scoring just before half-time, before Jamal Lowe's brace sealed all three points after the break.

Swansea remain comfortably in the Championship play-off positions, and still with an outside chance of automatic promotion to the Premier League.

Strasbourg were beaten 4-1 at home by Paris Saint-Germain in Ligue 1 on Saturday, but Frédéric Guilbert produced an impressive individual performance in difficult circumstances.

The full-back had more touches (69) and won more tackles (4) than any of his teammates and completed more dribbles (4) than any other player on the pitch.

Ally Samatta started in the Turkish Süper Lig but Fenerbahce's title hopes were dealt a blow as they drew 1-1 away at Yeni Malatyaspor.

Besiktas now hold a seven-point lead at the top of the table, with eight games remaining.

In Croatia, Lovre Kalinic enjoyed another positive weekend with Hajduk Split as they won 1-0 away at Istra.

Once again, the goalkeeper captained his side and by keeping his eighth clean sheet in 12 league appearances this season, he helped Hajduk to within six points of third-place with a game in hand.

Tyreik Wright's Walsall ended a 14-game winless run by beating Forest Green Rovers 2-1 , while elsewhere in League Two Indiana Vassilev was an unused substitute as Cheltenham Town secured a 1-0 victory over Leyton Orient.

In the National League, Dominic Revan's Weymouth suffered a 2-1 defeat to Torquay United, while Jack Clarke's Chesterfield won 2-1 away at King's Lynn Town.

Ben Guy was an unused substitute for Portadown's 2-0 win over Carrick in Northern Ireland.

Cameron Archer and Callum Rowe were not in action this weekend, while Viljami Sinisalo's spell in Scotland with Ayr United was cut short last week due to a thigh injury.
