Aston Villa Women are delighted to announce the signing of Mayumi Pacheco from West Ham United for an undisclosed fee.
The former England youth international, known as 'Maz', will join the Club having spent the last three seasons in the WSL with West Ham and Reading respectively.
Having made her WSL debut with Liverpool at just 16 years of age, Pacheco has also helped England to a third-place finish at the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
Pacheco, 22, is a natural left-back and is a welcome addition in that area for Carla Ward and her staff.
Ward said: "Maz is someone who comes with great energy and a wealth of WSL experience.
She's someone we've monitored for a long time and I'm delighted to bring her in.
She'll add a lot of quality to this group."
