Aston Villa supporters can take part in the annual Level Playing Field survey, which will help football clubs across the country to better support disabled fans.
The results of the survey will give LPF a clearer understanding of disabled fans' experiences, and they will then pass on the results and feedback to clubs and governing bodies.
By giving your opinions, you will be able to help the club continue its drive to become more inclusive and provide an improved matchday experience for disabled supporters.
Aston Villa has a longstanding association with Level Playing Field, which is a registered charity that acts as a campaigning and advisory organisation to its membership and other parties across all sports.
The survey closes on Sunday 20 June.
