Hayden Lindley will return to Aston Villa on January 1 following his loan spell at Newport County.
The midfielder, 20, joined the Exiles on a season-long loan on September 1 but has made just five League Two appearances during his stay.
Lindley made his senior debut for Villa against Liverpool in the FA Cup in January 2021 and was part of the team who won the FA Youth Cup later that year.
