Philippe Coutinho scored a stunning goal as Brazil demolished Paraguay in a World Cup qualifier on Tuesday.
With the Selecao leading 1-0 after 62 minutes, the playmaker picked the ball up 30 yards from goal and sent a dipping shot flying past the goalkeeper.
It was Coutinho’s first goal for his country since October 2020, helping them to beat Paraguay 4-0 in Belo Horizonte.
Brazil remain four points clear at the top of the South American qualifying group with no defeats in 15 games, and the victory made it 61 matches without defeat in a home World Cup qualifier.

Emiliano Buendía made his debut for Argentina as they overcame Colombia 1-0 in Buenos Aires thanks to a goal from Lautaro Martinez.
The midfielder came on for the final ten minutes to help his country secure the win, preserving another clean sheet for Villa teammate Emi Martínez in the process.

The goalkeeper has now registered 10 shutouts in 16 caps for Argentina.
Victory stretched Argentina’s unbeaten run to 29 games as they now look forward to the next round of qualifiers in March, having already booked their place in Qatar.
