Aston Villa can confirm that Wesley has joined Brazilian club Internacional on a 12-month loan deal.
The striker spent the first part of the campaign on loan at former employers Club Brugge but will now make the switch back to his native Brazil.
Wesley joined Villa in the summer of 2019, making 22 appearances before having his season cut short by injury. He made three appearances towards the end of last term before making the temporary move to Belgium last summer.
