Aston Villa is pleased to announce Ashley Young has signed a new one-year contract.
Young returned to the club last summer for a second spell and will now remain at Villa Park until the end of the 2022/23 campaign.
The 36-year-old has enjoyed a glittering career at the top level of the game, winning silverware both domestically and abroad with Manchester United and Inter Milan.
Young also represented England at a World Cup and European Championship, winning 39 caps for his country.
Last season, he made 25 appearances in claret and blue.
