The answers to these, and thousands more claret and blue related questions, can be found in the new edition of Aston Villa: The Complete Record, which will be published in September.
The 600-page hardback book, compiled by former Villa programme editor Rob Bishop and statistician Frank Holt, will cover the whole of Villa’s history from 1874 right up to the end of the 2021/22 season.
It will feature season-by-season reviews, plus line-ups, scorers and attendances from every competitive game, profiles of every Villa boss from Jimmy McMullan to Steven Gerrard and photos of nearly 200 key players.
There will also be an illustrated selection of Villa’s most memorable games down the years, plus a focus on Villa Park.
Supporters pre-ordering before Monday, July 4 will be able to have their name included in the book.
