Aston Villa fans have voted Matty Cash as the club's March Player of the Month, in partnership with Cazoo.
The Villa right-back has enjoyed a March to remember, having previously finished February strongly by netting a Goal of the Month contender in the victory at Brighton & Hove Albion.
He opened March with an assist in Villa's 4-0 home win over Southampton, before a 3-0 triumph at Leeds United in which the full-back once again highlighted both his defensive and attacking qualities with another assist and a superbly-taken goal - his third in claret and blue.
Two further 90 minutes followed in the defeats to West Ham United and Arsenal, although Cash’s fine form in March also saw him nominated for the Premier League Player of the Month award.
Additionally, the defender this week capped a memorable month as he helped Poland secure qualification for the 2022 World Cup finals in Qatar.
