Ollie Watkins spoke of his delight after a positive week which saw Villa record three successive wins.
The in-form striker took his tally for the campaign to 12 in the Premier League with his ninth goal in 11 matches against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
Watkins’ 95th-minute finish put the seal on a 2-0 victory after Bertrand Traoré had opened the scoring against The Reds.
It followed last weekend’s 2-0 triumph at Chelsea and a midweek success over Leicester City, ensuring the Villans have now won four on the spin.
And Watkins was a happy man as he spoke to VillaTV post-match, while also admitting Forest were a tough side to see off.

“It was a massive week for us, three big games and three wins, so we can’t ask for more than that,” he said.
“It was a bit of a frustrating game, I would say.
“It was taking a while to break them down, when we saw they were playing five at the back, we knew it was going to be difficult.
“But we were patient, we got the goal at the start of the second half and then I got my goal at the end.
“So, happy days all round.”
Watkins netted for the sixth successive away match in Tuesday’s 2-1 success at Leicester City.
And having gone two games without scoring at Villa Park, he was delighted to find the net again on home soil.
“Obviously, I want to score more goals at home, in front of the home fans, in front of my family,” he added.
“People coming to support me, it’s much better scoring at home. But obviously my away form, and our away form, has been really good.
“But I want to score in every game possible.
“It took me a while here but I got there in the end.”
