Aston Villa will face Hibernian in the club’s UEFA Europa Conference League play-off round.
Holding a 3-1 lead from last week’s first leg, Hibs played out a 2-2 draw at the swissporarena in Switzerland on Thursday night to triumph 5-3 on aggregate in their third qualifying round tie.
The draw for the play-offs earlier this month paired Villa against the winner of the tie, with Unai Emery’s side now set to take on the Scottish side in a two-legged encounter for a place in the group stage of the European competition.
The first leg will take place at Easter Road on Wednesday, August 23 (ko 5.45pm), with the second leg at Villa Park a week later on Thursday, August 31 (ko 8pm).
