Carla Ward has picked up Barclays WSL's Manager of the Month for January!
The Villa Women boss has been recognised for her side's impressive start to 2023.
A come-from-behind victory over Tottenham Hotspur, as well as a battling draw with Manchester City, meant Ward was nominated for the third time this season.
Having won the award back in September, the manager was also nominated in November.
This time around, Ward prevailed over fellow competitors Marc Skinner (Manchester United), Brian Sørensen (Everton) and Gareth Taylor (Manchester City).
