Jacob Ramsey’s involvement in the Under-21 European Championship has come to an end through injury.
The midfielder was forced off after 67 minutes of England’s 1-0 win against Portugal in the quarter-finals on Sunday.
Ramsey had been in fine form for the Three Lions as they won all three group games, picking up a goal and an assist.
The 22-year-old will now return from the tournament, which is being held in Georgia and Romania, to England for further assessment.
