Aston Villa Women can confirm long-serving duo Elisha N'Dow and Sian Rogers will leave the club upon the expiry of their respective contracts later this month.

The pair had both spent the 2022/23 season on-loan at Barclays Women's Championship side Charlton Athletic and helped the Addicks to a fourth-place finish.

Elisha rose through the ranks of Villa's academy before making her first-team bow in 2014.

The defender went on to captain her childhood club and was handed the armband ahead of the 2019/20 season.

N'Dow made 19 appearances en route to leading Villa to the Championship title and subsequent promotion to the Women's Super League.

The 26-year-old would make a further 25 appearances during the 2020/21 campaign as Villa dramatically secured survival on the final day.

Elisha, who played 158 times in total, was integral to the club's progression from a part-time outfit to a full-time operation, while contributing to its consolidation in the top tier.

Rogers joined Villa in 2017 having spent time at the academies of Wolverhampton Wanderers, Birmingham City and Arsenal.

Like N'Dow, the goalkeeper would play a key part in Villa's promotion to the top flight in 2020.

Sian, 24, made 17 appearances during the title-winning season and would also be an integral part of the club's transition from part-time to full-time football.

Rogers made 67 appearances in total and will be fondly remembered by fans, particularly for her assured performances when called upon during the backend of the 21/22 season.
