Kenza Dali has signed a new contract that will extend her stay with Aston Villa until June 2025, with an option for a further year.
The dynamic midfielder, who joined the club from Everton last summer, is now contracted for at least the next two seasons.
Across all competitions, Kenza made 30 appearances during her maiden campaign and scored seven goals in the process.
The French international also added eight assists in the league as she helped her side to a fifth-place finish in the Barclays WSL.
Manager Carla Ward said: "This is massive for us. Kenza has really gone up a few levels in the past year and securing her services for the forseeable future shows our ambition.
"Kenza is one of the best midfielders in the WSL, she’s been a real figurehead in what we’re trying to achieve and we’re delighted she has chosen to continue on this journey with us."
