Jacob Ramsey has been voted Aston Villa Player of the Month for May.
The midfielder was the overwhelming choice by the club’s supporters following a fine run of form.
Ramsey helped his side bounce back from a 1-0 loss to Wolves at the start of the month by scoring the opener in a 2-1 victory against Tottenham Hotspur.
A fine close-range finish from the homegrown hero against Liverpool took his tally to six goals for the season.
And his assists total was boosted on the final day of the season when he laid on both goals in a 2-1 success against Brighton & Hove Albion.
