Aston Villa supporters have voted Douglas Luiz as the club’s March Player of the Month, in partnership with Cazoo.
A string of dominant displays from the midfielder helped his team go unbeaten in three games.
The Brazilian’s defensive work was a factor in clean sheets against Crystal Palace and Bournemouth, topping off his performance against the latter with a goal.
A strong March for Villa meant several players were in fans’ thoughts to win the accolade.
The top three players for the club’s March Player of the Month poll, in association with our principal partner Cazoo, were:
