Vote for your Villa April Player of the Month

Villa fans, the time has come to vote for your April Player of the Month, in partnership with Cazoo.

The Villans enjoyed a memorable month as they won five and drew one of their seven matches, collecting 16 points from a possible 21 in the Premier League.

Unai Emery's side started April with an impressive 2-0 victory at Chelsea courtesy of goals from Ollie Watkins and John McGinn.

A last-gasp 2-1 triumph at Leicester City followed a few days later thanks to Watkins and Bertrand Traoré's late winner, before the pair were again on target in a 2-0 home win over Nottingham Forest.

Villa continued their red-hot streak as they made it five wins in a row with a superb 3-0 success over Newcastle United, Watkins again at the double - making it five goals for the month - after Jacob Ramsey had opened the scoring.

Douglas Luiz secured a 1-1 draw at Brentford before Tyrone Mings' first goal of the season wrapped up a 1-0 victory over Fulham at Villa Park, with Emery's side concluding April with a narrow 1-0 defeat at Manchester United.
