Aston Villa Women are nearing the end of their 2022/23 season.

With one game remaining, at Arsenal on Saturday afternoon, it makes for a poignant time to reflect on what has been a hugely successful campaign.

Carla Ward's side have made a four-place jump in the Barclays WSL standings and have caught the attention of many across the league.

A run to the semi-finals of the Vitality Women's FA Cup, as well as Rachel Daly's scoring exploits, means the current crop of Villa players will live long in the memories of many.

In celebration of achievements made by Ward and co., the club invited its season-ticket holders to Bodymoor Heath for a meet & greet and open training session.

While also taking the opportunity to pose for an official team photo, the day was enjoyed by staff, players and supporters.
