Unai Emery was in front of the cameras for his pre-match press conference on Wednesday afternoon.
Aston Villa's head coach looked ahead to the game against AZ Alkmaar and adressed a number of other topics as he spoke from Bodymoor Heath.
Here's what he had to say...
On team news...

“He (Matty Cash) is ready. He had a small problem but he’s available.
“Alex Moreno is close to start playing minutes again because he’s feeling very well.
“Jacob Ramsey, after the next international break I think he’s going to be available to start training with the players and to be close to being in the squad for the matches.”
On the reaction to Nottingham Forest loss…

“Always we have to improve. After one defeat we can be worried about why we lost those three points, but every match we are playing is very, very difficult.
“We have to respect the Conference League, we have to respect the teams in the Premier League.
“We’re still fifth in the table but have to be demanding as to how we can be competitive and how we can play being closer to winning than to losing.”
On Youri Tielemans…

“Every player joining us this season has to try and adapt quickly to our structure, and with their characteristics as a player to feel comfortable playing in our structure.
“One of them is Youri Tielemans. He is a very good player and he has experiences. His characteristics as a player I want to add and try to get into our structure.
“As a player, I think he is progressively feeling better.”
On team selection...

“For tomorrow, I have some doubts. I am not clear on the starting XI – why? Because I want to manage trying to impose at home our idea, our style and structure while trying to adapt to them, using different players in the starting XI with the combination I want to add.
“I’m not thinking about Sunday, only tomorrow. Sometimes, maybe seven days before I know the team for the next match. But sometimes I need the last moment, for example today, when I am not clear about the starting XI.
“It’s not doubt because I have doubts with some players, no. It’s because I want to try to be clinical in my decision about the adaptation of them and how we can play, trying as well something I want to add in our structure tactically.”
On AZ Alkmaar…

“I respect a lot AZ Alkmaar and they are a winning team. They are winning a lot of matches in their league and they were successful last year in the Conference League.
“They lost against West Ham in the semi-finals, and I respect them a lot. They have experiences in Europe and they have players with international experiences.
“Tomorrow, I will respect them a lot because it’s very important for them because we won the first match there. Tomorrow is matchday four and they will play trying to win and get some points.
“For us it’s very important because we can try to increase the difference with AZ Alkmaar and it’s a key moment to stay in front of them.”
