Jhon Durán is in contention for the Premier League’s September Goal of the Month award.
The Colombia striker has been nominated for his outrageous equaliser against Crystal Palace that set up a thrilling late comeback, which was completed by Douglas Luiz and Leon Bailey in stoppage time.
In the 87th minute at Villa Park, Durán controlled a cross from Lucas Digne before firing an unstoppable half-volley beyond Sam Johnstone and into the roof of the net.

It continued a bright start to the campaign for the 19-year-old, who has scored four times in 256 minutes of football in all competitions so far this season.
