Pride Rewards, Aston Villa's points-based loyalty scheme, has officially re-launched for the 2023/24 season.
The scheme allows official members and season ticket holders the chance to earn points through attending matches or by engaging with the club on the Pride Rewards site.
These points can then be used to redeem exclusive Villa merchandise, enter prize draws to take part in once-in-a-lifetime Villa experiences and much more.

Half-Time Pitch Experience
At every home match one lucky supporter will win the opportunity to step foot on the hallowed turf at Villa Park. The winning fan will get the chance to wonder across the pitch just metres away from the players doing their half-time warm ups, grab some photos in front of the famous Holte End and take a seat in the dugout to round it all off.

This season we'll be bringing some exciting new games to Villa Park at half-time. Keep your eyes on our Prize Draws to enter and be in with a chance of being one of the first Villans to take part!
Pre-Match Pitchside Experience
This fantastic experience lets one lucky fan get up close and personal before the game's even started. Go pitchside to watch the players warm-up, take a seat in the dugout and, finally, stroll along towards the tunnel area to cheer on the players as they head back into the dressing room to get ready for kick-off.
Pick A Player Game
A great way to earn yourself some extra points, prizes and bragging rights with your mates. Select your player ahead of each fixture and how that player performs in the game will translate into points on your account, just like how fantasy football works, simple! Points are also tracked on a leaderboard with a grand prize awarded to the overall season winner, as well as a mystery prize for each monthly winner. Enjoy!

What is Pride Rewards?
Pride Rewards is the club’s points-based loyalty scheme for official season ticket holders and members.
You can earn points every time you interact with the club, which can later turn into fantastic rewards and experiences.
How do I earn points?
Points will be added to your Pride Rewards account every time you:
- Attend games or events at Villa Park, and arrive early
- Enter challenges, play games or answer trivia on the rewards site
- Spend money online with our affiliate partners
- Enter our Matchday Rewards Quiz
What rewards are on offer?
Pride Rewards could include a mixture of exclusive matchday experiences such as pitchside visits, VIP pre-match events, being a flag bearer and even taking a selfie on the pitch at half-time!
We’ve also got signed shirts, balls and pennants from the current squad as well as Villa legends, while you could redeem exclusive Villa merchandise from the marketplace and also experience our hospitality suites at Villa Park on matchdays.
How do I use my points?
You can spend your Pride Rewards points in three ways:
1) Auctions – Use your points to bid on rewards (the highest bidder wins)
2) Marketplace – Spend your points on exclusive Villa merchandise or digital rewards. Each item shows how many points it’s worth and how many items are left in stock
3) Prize draws – Use points to buy a raffle ticket (the winner is drawn at random)
If you get a reward, you’ll receive an automated email with details about how to redeem it or we’ll be in contact from the club shortly afterwards.
How can I find out more?
Our Pride Rewards collection point will be open from two-and-a-half hours before every home game if you have any questions, or you can email us at rewards@avfc.co.uk.

How can I access my Pride Rewards portal and see how many points I have?
You can access the portal online at avfc.co.uk/rewards to redeem your points.
Alternatively, you can download the official Aston Villa app and log in to the portal on the move.
To log in, use your digital account log-in details which you would use on the main avfc.co.uk and ticketing sites.
You now need to link your digital account to your Fan ID before you’ll be able to log in. If you haven’t already done this, you can find a step-by-step guide HERE.
How do I sign up for Pride Rewards?
Pride Rewards is now open to season ticket holders (men’s & women’s team) and members (Claret, Cubs, Villans, Claret Women’s Team).
