Aston Villa can confirm that Tommi O’Reilly and Josh Feeney have joined Real Unión on loan until the end of the season.
The pair have been regular fixtures in first-team training and matchday squads this season, with O’Reilly making his debut for the club against HŠK Zrinjski in the UEFA Europa Conference League in December.
Feeney joined Villa from Fleetwood Town in July 2021 and penned a new long-term deal last summer.
O’Reilly is a graduate of the academy system at Bodymoor Heath and currently captains the Under-21 side. He recently put pen to paper on a new deal with the club.
The club believes the two players will benefit greatly from playing regular first-team football and the experience of living and playing in a different country for the first time.
