Aston Villa will open their 2024/25 Premier League season with a trip to West Ham United.
Villa, who have drawn their last two visits to London Stadium, will face the Hammers on Saturday, August 17 (ko 5.30pm), live on Sky Sports.
The club’s first home match of the campaign, in our 150th anniversary season, sees Unai Emery’s side take on Arsenal the following weekend, hoping for a repeat of last term’s triumph at Villa Park.
The Villans then make the short trip to King Power Stadium to face promoted side Leicester City, before hosting Everton and midlands neighbours Wolverhampton Wanderers – completing our opening five fixtures.

Villa’s first top-flight trip to Portman Road since 2002 sees them take on Ipswich Town on Saturday, September 28.
Successive away trips to Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool lie in wait in early November, before a home encounter against reigning champions Manchester City starts the festive schedule on Saturday, December 21.
The claret and blue faithful will make the lengthy journey to Newcastle United on Boxing Day, while hosting Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday, December 29 and then Leicester at Villa Park in our first match of 2025 on Saturday, January 4.

Our trip to Molineux to face Wolves comes on Saturday, February 1, with Liverpool visiting B6 on Saturday, March 15.
Villa’s final five fixtures start by travelling to Manchester City on Saturday, April 26, entertaining Fulham on home soil the following weekend.
Emery’s charges then travel to the south coast to face AFC Bournemouth, before hosting Spurs in the club’s final home fixture of the season on Sunday, May 18.
Villa wrap up their 2024/25 campaign with a trip to Old Trafford to face Manchester United on Sunday, May 25 (ko 4pm).
