Aston Villa is once again proud to show its strong support for No Room For Racism.
All Premier League fixtures between April 5-14 will be dedicated to the No Room For Racism initiative, highlighting the ongoing work carried out to tackle discrimination, promote diversity within football as well as support players and others within the game who suffer discriminatory abuse.
Over these match rounds, clubs and the Premier League are coming together to celebrate how diversity makes football stronger and reiterating their collective commitment to ensuring everyone feels welcome across all areas of the game.
Aston Villa will proudly display its support for No Room For Racism at Saturday's Premier League fixture against Nottingham Forest at Villa Park, and our away trip to Southampton next weekend, while Aston Villa Women continue to take the knee ahead of all matches.
Matches will display No Room For Racism messaging throughout the stadium as well as online, while players will also take the knee ahead of kick-off before each fixture to show their unity against racial discrimination.
Everybody has a role to play to ensure football is inclusive for all. Together we can make it clear there is no room for racism or any form of discrimination. It's everyone’s game!

The Premier League has announced a four-year update on its No Room For Racism Action Plan, showing the progress being made to increase diversity across all areas of football.
The Action Plan was launched in 2021, outlining a series of targets and commitments aimed at creating greater access to opportunities and career progression for black, Asian and other minority ethnic groups in football, along with steps to eradicate racial prejudice.
The update shows progress being made across all six pillars of the Action Plan, including measures against online abuse, ongoing work within schools and communities, and improving pathways for players, coaches and others working within the game from ethnically diverse backgrounds.
The league, working with football partners and clubs, runs programmes to increase opportunities for coaches and players from under-represented groups. This is resulting in more coaches from ethnically diverse backgrounds gaining full-time positions with clubs, while thousands of children are being engaged through the South Asian Action Plan.
