Villans fall behind in quarter-final tie

Aston Villa fell to a 3-1 first leg defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final clash at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday evening. 

Despite taking the lead through Morgan Rogers 10 minutes before the break, Désiré Doué's instant response and second-half strikes from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Nuno Mendes ensured Unai Emery's side would have to overturn a two-goal deficit in the second leg. 

Villa host the Parisians at Villa Park next Tuesday night, where the semi-finalist will be determined on what promises to be another memorable European night in B6.
