Three points at Goodison Park

Aston Villa secured a third-straight victory on Wednesday evening, triumphing 1-0 over Everton at Goodison Park. 

Midweek Premier League action saw Ollie Watkins strike six minutes into the second period to hand Villa a precious three points, their first in six away games in the league. 

It made for a positive final top-flight visit to Goodison Park ahead of Everton's stadium move next season, and meant Unai Emery's side are now unbeaten in the last 12 league meetings between the two sides.
