Aston Villa came from behind to secure an important three points away to Liverpool yesterday afternoon.
Marie Höbinger's penalty saw the Villans fall behind 10 minutes after the restart but Kirsty Hanson came off the bench to net a brilliant equaliser.
With a first league win of the calendar year firmly in the side's sights, Villa continued to push until the final whistle and got their reward as Ebony Salmon forced an own goal from Jenna Clark to seal the 2-1 victory.
