When you arrive at Villa Park you will notice a few differences since you were last here.
We have introduced a number of measures – as our priority is to keep you safe and ensure social distancing at all times!
These include:
- One way systems created with queuing systems and/or directional signage
- Safety signage around the ground
- Re-numbered entrances
- Hand sanitiser and hygiene stations
- Random thermal temperature testing
- Robust cleaning procedures
- Staff will be wearing face coverings
Once you arrive, these are the key differences to be aware of
- The perimeter will be closed, so it is important to understand where you will need to enter to access your seats. For example you can’t walk across either the North Stand or Holte End car park to get from one side of the stadium to the other, you will need to walk around.
- There are two new elements on your ticket – GATE number and ACCESS number.
- GATE Number: This is the point on the perimeter of the stadium where you will need to enter Villa Park. All GATES will be clearly signposted. This is where searching teams will welcome you to the stadium and any checks will be carried out and your ticket photo ID checked.
- Once you reach your GATE, face coverings are mandatory (unless you are exempt on medical grounds) for the duration of your visit.
- ACCESS Number: Once you have entered the grounds of Villa Park via your GATE, your access number will guide you to your specific Turnstile. There will be clear signage throughout to guide you, along with our staff to help.
- You will need to show your ticket barcode under the scanner as usual as you enter through the turnstile.
- Once through the Turnstile, hand sanitisers will be immediately available for you to sanitise.
- On the floor, you will see we have mapped out the route you should walk using your ACCESS number. Please follow your ACCESS number (whilst maintaining social distancing) and this will take you directly to your Vomitory.
- The Vomitory will be clearly signed with your ACCESS number – please make note of this in case you need to visit the toilet later during your visit.
- Stewards will then be on hand to guide you to your row and seat.
This process is in place to ensure social distancing all the way from your arrival at Villa Park through to your seats.

Fans in Hospitality areas, Accessible seating or Wheelchair bays will follow the same process as above to enter the stadium via a GATE. Stewards will be on hand to assist with any queries. If you have any
If you have any issues with your tickets, you will need to visit a Ticket Enquiry Point. We will guide you to the nearest one.
Getting to my seat in the middle of a row
Once you get in to the stands, you might need to pass someone on your row to get to your seat. To do this, please don’t jump over seats in to empty rows, but go back-to-back with any other fans… basically just replicate the Kappa logo
